About
One person, building in the open.
Flux Studio is run by Muhammad Abdullah Shah, a BS Computer Science student at Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan (class of 2027) who works as a backend developer at Zyroo.
The studio is how he is becoming a full-stack and AI engineer: by scoping real products, building them in sequence, testing them properly, shipping them to public URLs, and writing up what happened. There is no agency here, no team page, no account managers. What you see on this site is the work itself.
The current sequence is five products: PRISM, Spec2Run, GhostCode, Trace, and PatchPilot. Along the way, the tooling that proved useful became products of its own: the API Contract Firewall, Env Machine, and promostack.
Principles
-
Ship in the open
Every repository is public unless a client says otherwise. Every milestone is dated in the changelog, with a link. If it cannot be shown, it does not count.
-
Specific beats vague
No adjectives without numbers. 106 out of 106 tests passing, not high quality. A dated entry, not ongoing excellence.
-
Tests stay green
Nothing ships on a red suite. Each build keeps a daily log of commits and test counts, and the log is public.
-
Boring over clever
Standard tools, minimum code, no unrequested abstractions. Clever is a liability the next time the code is read at midnight.
-
One thing at a time
Five products, built in sequence, one week each. No parallel half-finished work competing for attention.
